Sorry about this huge delay on getting back to you, this email was hidden behind a bunch of others. I believe this was due to a username mismatch between your chat.almalinux.org account and accounts.almalinux.org accounts.

I've matched the mattermost username to the newly-created accounts.almalinux.org one. Now do the following steps:

1. Reset your password at https://chat.almalinux.org - your account is set back to a "local" one in Mattermost (as if you never linked it to OIDC). Remember, the username is now the same as your accounts.almalinux.org account - but right now they're still separate.

2. When you get back into https://chat.almalinux.org link the accounts again and you should be good to go.
