Hello,
we sync our AlmaLinux mirror via rsync from
rsync.repo.almalinux.org::almalinux.

Our mirror is currently out of sync, with the last successful sync on
16/09 at around 16:15. The hostname resolves to
gra.rsync.repo.almalinux.org → IPv4 91.134.76.173 (AS16276 OVH, Dunkirk,
FR) and IPv6 2605:7b80:1:2::2. IPv4 connectivity from GARR is down (TCP
873 and 443 time out, with traceroute stopping at ovh.mix-it.net), while
IPv6 connectivity is working.

Could you please check the IPv4 connectivity to this endpoint?
