The mirror-announce@lists.almalinux.org is an announce-only list for the infrastructure SIG to announce things to mirror owners.  Since you emailed here it wasn't seen for a long time as this list doesn't take inbound email.

Anyway, thanks for setting up a mirror!  I don't see any PRs for it at https://github.com/AlmaLinux/mirrors/pulls

Can you please submit a PR to have it added to the official mirror list?

PS - mirror@lists.almalinux.org IS designed to take emails such as yours so if you prefer to discuss this there we can do that too :)
