Sorry for the late reply, this post got hung up in moderation. I believe this was tied to hardware failure a month or two ago and has since been resolved. Is this issue resolved on your end?

Our mirror connects in via the following IPv4 and IPv6 addresses (163.1.221.206, 2001:630:440:107:0:1:0:3b).

Would it be possible to check at your end whether there is any issue?
