You can use a local mirror :

Mirror to internet

Mirror off from internet

Mirror to your device.

I not aware how dnf based system work but you probably create a CD/DVD as debian do for offline installation, add it as a « repo ».

Or you can download package(s) and dependancy tree from an other device and install after coying them to your offline device.

There is a command to do that, at least the download part.

Hello,

I have an air gapped system that requires updating. It is 9.3, and I'm just not sure where to get update packages for transfer into the secure area. Any ideas?
