[Devel] Package submission

Hi, I'm sorry for this stupid? question, but I've created and I maintain some RPM packages for Fedora/openSUSE/Mageia, and I'd like to submit the SPECs in AlmaLinux, is it possible? I couldn't find the howto, can anyone help me? Thanks
