That same image, in us-east-1 is not affected. I got it to work once a few minutes ago, but then stopped again. Any ideas? I have some possibly older spins of 8.4 that I can get into (I can't get into these as all the first boot prep didn't finish). This image has been prod for about a year and has been solid as a rock in 4 regions until just today. Any suggestions?
