It would seem that the repos are broken. I have tried syncing again and it seems there are files missing in the /repodata folder for their respective repos. Comparing /almalinux/8/AppStream/x86_64/os/repodata/ in different mirrors the content is different

This should be corrected now. It was due to a failed rsync.
