Will clearsilver and clearsilver-devel eventually be added to AlmaLinux 10 packages?

In AlmaLInux 8 and 9 there was a clearsilver and a clearsilver-devel package (a HTML templating engine). Our software relies on this, but unfortunately the packages are missing in AlmaLinux 10. Will the eventually be re-added? Thanks, Marc
