I've set up a first AlmaLinux mirror in Mauritius thanks to a generous server/bandwidth sponsorship by cloud.mu http://cloud.mu.

I've synced the server using the closest mirror which is Kenya and the MU mirror is now syncing every three hours. I have submitted a PR [1] on GitHub to inlude MU as mirror now.
