[Mirror] mirror.ox.ac.uk - our connection to rsync.repo.almalinux.org appears to be getting refused

Hi, Oxford University hosts an AlmaLinux mirror at mirror.ox.ac.uk. However, since around 23:30 on 16 September, our connection attempts have been repeatedly refused: ERROR [37135] rsync: failed to connect to rsync.repo.almalinux.org (2605:7b80:1:2::2): Connection refused (111) ERROR [37135] rsync: failed to connect to rsync.repo.almalinux.org (91.134.76.173): Connection timed out (110) Our mirror connects in via the following IPv4 and IPv6 addresses (163.1.221.206, 2001:630:440:107:0:1:0:3b).
