Oxford University hosts an AlmaLinux mirror at mirror.ox.ac.uk. However, since around 23:30 on 16 September, our connection attempts have been repeatedly refused:

Our mirror connects in via the following IPv4 and IPv6 addresses (163.1.221.206, 2001:630:440:107:0:1:0:3b).
Would it be possible to check at your end whether there is any issue?
