So today was the last day that CentOS 8 would be on the main mirrors. The mirrorlist will return

The CentOS 8 code has been moved to vault.centos.org and the main master will be 'empty' from an rsync.Various sub-mirror sites which do a `rsync --delete` will soon also remove the 8 code also. [Some mirrors don't do a --delete and will still have that code online. However few `yum update` will work on a CentOS 8 system.
